Vita Mobile prepares a comprehensive quarterly service outcomes report for its customers based on the key performance indicators (KPI’s) that have jointly been agreed are the most important indicators of service quality. This report serves as a grade card for our service performance and, at the same time, also provides a formal opportunity for us to learn of any new goals and objectives of our customers.
